Student Transfer Policy

At TEN India, we aim to provide students with flexibility and support during their educational journey. This Student Transfer Policy outlines the conditions under which students may request a transfer from one TEN India partner center or program to another.
The following terms apply to all students enrolled through TEN India.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Student Transfer Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Policy) refers to TEN India, Noida, India.
- Program refers to any course, training, or educational service offered through TEN India or its partner centers.
- Student means the individual enrolled in any program offered by TEN India.
- Transfer refers to the process of moving a student’s enrollment from one TEN India partner center or program to another.
- Website refers to TEN India, accessible from https://tenindia.org/.
- You means the student accessing or using the Service.
Student Transfer Rights
Students may request a transfer to another TEN India partner center or program if they are unable to continue their studies at the originally enrolled center.
Transfer requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment or before the commencement of classes, whichever comes first.
All transfer requests will be reviewed and approved based on availability, program compatibility, and the policies of the receiving center.
Conditions for Transfer
In order for a transfer request to be eligible, please ensure that:
- The request is submitted within the permitted transfer period.
- The student has not completed a significant portion of the enrolled program.
- The receiving center has availability in the requested program.
- All required documentation and information are provided.
The following cases may not be eligible for transfer:
- Programs that have already started and progressed beyond the allowed transfer window.
- Programs that are center-specific and cannot be offered at other locations.
- Specialized or personalized training programs.
Transfer Process
To request a transfer, students must submit a formal request to TEN India through email or the official website.
The request will be reviewed by the administration team, and the student will be informed of the decision within a reasonable timeframe.
If the transfer is approved, the student will receive instructions regarding the new center, schedule, and any additional requirements.
Transfer Fees
Depending on the circumstances, administrative or transfer fees may apply. Any applicable charges will be communicated to the student before the transfer is processed.
